- Permeate:
– Conductivity of the product < 0.055 µS/cm > 18.2 MΩ x cm
– Silicate content < 0.1 ppm
– TDS < 1 ppm - Dimensions approx. WxDxH 1000 x 1700 x 1400 ( in mm )
- Stage 1 reverse osmosis system „standalone unit Type RO40x“
- Stage 2 reverse osmosis system „standalone unit Type RO40x“
- Stage 3 electrodeionization ( EDI )
- Stage 4 polishing
Stage 1: Reverse Osmosis
- Permeate flow: xxx L/h ( varies by customer requirement ) operating pressure approx. 10 bar
- …x 4040 membrane 4040 xxxx
- …x stainless steel membrane housing 4040
- Stainless steel pump 230V or 400V AC 50 Hz
Stage 2: Reverse Osmosis
- Permeate flow: 100 / 150/ 250 /…….. L/h ( varies by customer requirement ) operating pressure approx. x bar
- …x membrane 40 xxxx
- …x membrane housing 40x
- Stainless steel pump 230V AC 50 Hz xxx W
Stage 3: Electrodeionization ( EDI )
To continuously produce ultrapure water, an EDI unit with matching capacity is used.
This technology works via electrodialysis and electrodeionization.
Output: 100 / 150/ 250
- Conductivity of the product < 0.056 µS/cm > 18.2 MΩ x cm
- Silicate content < 0.1 ppm
- TDS < 1 ppm
Stage 4: Polishing
To guarantee product water quality, Stage 4 is fitted with a so-called polishing cartridge containing lab-grade mixed-bed resin.
This stage serves purely as a quality safeguard with minimal consumption of the mixed-bed resin, since the permeate from the Stage 3 EDI already
has a conductivity of 18.2 MΩ x cm. As a result, mixed-bed resin consumption is significantly lower and lasts much longer compared to conventional systems without EDI and an additional Stage 2 reverse osmosis.
- Mixed-bed resin cartridge
- Diameter 85 mm, height 440 mm
including adapter with 3/8″ quick fitting - Lab-grade resin fill

What Is Ultrapure Water?
Ultrapure water is water that has been freed of all contaminants and dissolved solids, giving it a very high level of purity.
It is also referred to as demineralized or deionized water and is produced using various methods such as reverse osmosis, electrodeionization, or distillation.
Ultrapure water is used in many industrial applications, particularly in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, chemicals, and the food industry,
wherever a high degree of water purity is required for manufacturing products or as part of a process.
Ultrapure water is also used in laboratories to ensure precise, reproducible results.
